BAT reference documents

• The current versions of BAT reference documents, as well as information about the process for revising them, are available in English on the website of the European Bureau for Research on Industrial Transformation and Emissions (EU-BRITE).
• The BAT conclusions for large combustion plants were published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 17 August 2017 as Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/1442 establishing best available techniques (BAT) conclusions, under Directive 2010/75/EU, for large combustion plants. The associated BAT Reference Document for Large Combustion Plants (PDF, 25 MB) was published on 1 December 2017.
• Summaries of the BAT reference documents are available in all official EU languages following registration on the Communication and Information Resource Centre for Administrations, Businesses and Citizens (CIRCABC) platform.
